If you are an engaged professional seeking growth, we invite you to apply for the PCPM Analyst position. **Key Responsibilities** * Responsible for Supply Planning, Production Planning, and Material Planning according to the process defined globally by WACKER; * Responsible for Inventory Control in accordance with global and local policies, including analysis of Slow-Moving and Obsolete items; * Develop Production Plans to meet requirements defined during forecast review, considering production capacities and striving for optimal efficiency (OEE); * Supply Planning for resale items to ensure timely delivery of raw materials for production use; * Responsible for the MAF process and master data review, ensuring correct MRP parameterization; * Lead monthly meetings with Sales and Operations teams to coordinate monthly activities; * Manage sales orders to ensure proper availability and on-time delivery. **Requirements** * Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related industries; * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced or fluent English \- required for both local and global interactions; * Knowledge of tools such as IBP, SAP, APO, and Microsoft Office; Focus on achieving company results. * Interested candidates must apply via the link.
