The Senior/Specialist Analyst leads controller projects, serves as the primary technical contact point for clients, and ensures value in decision-making.

**Position Mission**
Serve as the primary technical and executive contact point with C\&S clients, leading controller projects, management presentations, and strategic analyses—ensuring high technical standards, executive clarity, and value generation for decision-making.
The Senior or Specialist Analyst will represent C\&S in client-facing engagements, ensuring technical quality, critical insight, and a consultative stance.
**Strategic Role within the Structure**
While the Manager oversees people management, portfolio management, and business expansion, the Senior Analyst:
* Leads projects technically;
* Conducts management meetings and executive presentations;
* Acts as C\&S’s “technical ambassador” to the client;
* Ensures analytical depth and consistency of deliverables;
* Develops full/junior analysts or assistants within the team.
**Key Deliverables**
* Management Income Statement (DRE) and Result Analysis;
* Management Balance Sheet;
* Actual and Forecasted Cash Flow;
* Economic\-Financial Modeling;
* Budgeting and Forecasting;
* Special Studies and Sensitivity Analyses;
* Executive Presentations for Owners, Directors, and/or Boards of Directors.
**Primary Responsibilities**
**Technical Leadership of Projects**
* Structure and review financial analyses prepared by the team.
* Ensure coherence among DRE, Balance Sheet, NCG, and Cash Flow.
* Translate financial data into insights.
* Ensure adherence to C\&S methodologies and frameworks.
**Client Relationship and Exposure**
* Lead monthly result presentation meetings.
* Clearly explain variances, deviations, and trends.
* Build trust-based relationships with client managers and partners.
* Anticipate demands and opportunities within the served portfolio.
**Budgeting and Financial Planning**
* Lead the budgeting process jointly with the client.
* Build financial scenarios and simulations.
* Monitor deviations and their impacts.
* Actively participate in decisions based on modeling outputs.
**Team Development**
* Guide full/junior analysts or assistants in developing analyses.
* Review deliverables prior to client submission.
* Enhance the team’s analytical capability and executive posture.
* Serve as the technical reference within the team.

**Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in controller, FP\&A, or related areas;
* Prior experience presenting to executives/partners/boards;
* Advanced Excel proficiency;
* ERP system experience;
* Mastery of DRE, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Financial Modeling;
* Ability to structure executive presentations (PowerPoint).

* Consulting experience;
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance;
