In this role, you will: We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Machine Learning Engineer. As a fundamental part of the institution, this person will have the opportunity to apply their skills to drive meaningful innovations with data and GenAI. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to understand specific project requirements Translate requirements into effective technical solutions Stay up-to-date with advancements in ML and AI Integrate best practices and innovations into our projects Ensure machine learning solutions comply with current internal policies Optimize models and architecture for performance, accuracy, scalability, and resource efficiency Participate in creating and implementing security standards to ensure model integrity Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for algorithm application Define target architectures, implementation, and operationalization of complex models Develop and deploy scalable AI systems capable of handling large transaction volumes **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in **Computer Science**, **Engineering**, or related fields. **Advanced English** (technical reading and communication). Solid experience with **Python**. Advanced knowledge of **MLOps** (CI/CD, monitoring, automation). Experience with **AWS** and its ML/AI services (S3, Lambda, SageMaker, etc.). Proficiency in **Design Patterns** applied to software engineering and ML. Experience in **AI Engineering**, architectures, pipelines, and workflows for production models.
