Review the requirements below. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop, evolve, and sustain high-availability and high-performance backend solutions, participating in architecture definition, API implementation, system integrations, and corporate application modernization—ensuring quality, security, scalability, and adherence to software development best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and modern frameworks; * Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices; * Participate in technical architecture definition and technological evolution of solutions; * Develop integrations between corporate systems and external platforms; * Apply secure development practices (DevSecOps), automated testing, and continuous integration; * Perform performance analysis, troubleshooting, and application optimization; * Collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, DevOps engineers, and other multidisciplinary teams; * Ensure code quality through code reviews and software engineering best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Requirements:** * Solid experience in Java Backend development (Java 11+); * Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security; * Experience with microservices architecture; * Development of REST APIs and system integrations; * Proficiency in relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and SQL; * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or similar); * Proficiency with Git version control tools; * Knowledge of Docker and containerization; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines; * Familiarity with architectural patterns and design patterns; * Experience with unit, integration, and test automation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Kubernetes/OpenShift; * Event-driven architectures; * Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Observability and monitoring (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK); * Experience in mission-critical environments and high-volume transactional systems; * Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT authentication; * Experience with API Gateways and integration platforms. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems; * Clear communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Ability to serve as a technical reference for the team; * Commitment to quality, security, and continuous improvement. **Experience Level:** * Minimum of 5 years of software development experience; * At least 3 years working as a technical specialist or technical lead in Java backend projects; * Experience in digital transformation projects, system integration, and corporate application modernization. **Additional Information** **Contract Type:** * Independent contractor (PJ). **Work Model:** * 100% remote.
