**Description:**
Responsible for supporting Internal Controls leadership in evaluation, monitoring, and enhancement of the internal controls environment, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, applicable legislation, and Cargill’s global Internal Controls standards.
Perform control mapping and testing, as well as extraction and analysis of large volumes of data to identify operational, financial, and regulatory risks, contributing to the development and tracking of mitigation actions. Collaborate with business units to support implementation and strengthening of controls across industrial, logistics, agricultural, and commercial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory, environmental, and governance and compliance best practices.
Support review and updating of forms, risk matrices, and other departmental documents, and provide assistance during internal and external audits. Contribute to strengthening the internal controls environment, promoting greater process efficiency, sustainability, and reliability across all Cargill Bioenergia units.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* Experience in extracting, processing, and analyzing large volumes of data
* Prior professional experience in Internal Audit and Internal Controls is desirable
* Must reside in Cachoeira Dourada, Inaciolândia, or Itumbiara.
