Have you ever considered working on Latin America’s most complete and innovative end\-to\-end Internet of Things (IoT) platform? **Location:** Vila da Serra \- Nova Lima (10 minutes from BH Shopping) **Schedule:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM \- Hybrid \- Monday to Friday **Job responsibilities** * Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation with internal departments and stakeholders; Drive solution design and scope definition for products and projects, ensuring feasibility and business alignment; Structure and manage the demand backlog, defining priorities with focus on value and impact; Serve as the point of reference for project and implementation follow-up, ensuring cross-departmental alignment, deadlines, and delivery quality; Facilitate Scrum-based rituals and interactions with development teams (Squads); Identify risks, propose solutions, and proactively resolve issues; Define and evolve departmental processes, workflows, and best practices; Consolidate and communicate initiative progress to stakeholders, including managerial levels; Support data-driven decision-making with business-oriented insights. **Requirements** * Solid experience in requirements gathering, project management, or solution implementation; Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and backlog management/prioritization; Ability to work autonomously, with strong organization and structured problem-solving skills; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Experience in multifunctional environments, interacting with business and technology areas; Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and independently lead initiatives; Familiarity with demand management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Trello, or similar); Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analytical and executive communication;
