Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to drive digital transformation in the electric power sector, ensuring data quality and compliance for measurement data on an established and expanding platform. Participate in squads with Product Owner, DevOps, and Architecture The mission of the candidate selected for the PIM (Integrated Measurement Platform) is to accelerate digital transformation in the electric power sector, ensuring the quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance of measurement data used in operations, analytics, and regulatory obligations. PIM is an established and expanding platform, deployed across customers nationwide, currently undergoing scalability initiatives with strong focus on performance. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C\# and JavaScript; * Drive the continuous evolution of a system that processes large volumes of data and executes complex asynchronous workflows; * Design and implement robust solutions within an evolving architecture, currently based on a consolidated monolith; * Contribute to building and improving integrations with commercial systems and other internal services; * Participate in squads with Product Owner, Quality Analysts, DevOps, Support, Architecture, and other Developers; * Oversee the entire development lifecycle—from conception through delivery, maintenance, and continuous evolution; * Investigate and resolve technical incidents, proposing sustainable solutions; * Collaborate in code reviews, unit testing, and technical discussions that support product quality. **What’s important to us:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Minimum 5 years of software development experience; * Proficiency in C\# and JavaScript; * Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles; * Experience with agile practices; * Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases; * Experience with Git, including workflow organization such as git\-flow or team-aligned variants; * Experience with unit and integration testing. * Experience with messaging systems and asynchronous processes. * Experience handling large volumes of data and complex integrations. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with Vue or jQuery; * Experience with large-scale asynchronous workflows; * Use of AI to support software development; * Genuine interest in understanding the business domain and its market rules; * Familiarity with Oracle databases. * Experience documenting developed features. **About our team:** We are a united, collaborative team with well-established processes (even if not perfect).
