Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic Tech Recruiter to attract, assess, and hire technology talent aligned with the company's culture and technical requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting employer branding and diversity initiatives * IT recruitment and selection * Client relationship management * Employee onboarding and support Requirements: Tech Recruiter We seek a Tech Recruiter to strategically support the recruitment and selection of technology professionals, assisting business units in attracting, assessing, and hiring talent aligned with the organization's culture and technical needs. Responsibilities: Conduct end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes for technology roles (developers, analysts, engineers, specialists, etc.); Collaborate with managers and technical stakeholders to align candidate profiles; Perform active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn and other tech communities; Conduct behavioral and technical interviews (in partnership with technical teams); Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics; Create and publish job postings across various channels; Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers; Support employer branding and diversity initiatives. Requirements: Prior experience in recruiting and selecting technology roles; Knowledge of tech profiles (programming languages, frameworks, tech stacks, agile methodologies); Experience conducting competency-based interviews; Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical thinking. Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling high-volume technology hiring; Background in recruitment consultancies or startups; Knowledge of recruitment metrics (SLA, time-to-hire, turnover); Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
