We’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Pioneer of Transformation:** We are the QA Chapter, a cross-functional team dedicated to ensuring the quality of Topaz platform products and projects through test automation and the development of internal solutions. On the implementation front, we work on strategic projects, adapting and extending product-level tests to each client’s specific context. **Your Responsibilities and Challenges Will Include:** * Serving as the technical reference within projects, supporting decisions regarding testing approaches and prioritization. * Defining the testing strategy for implementation projects. * Ensuring reuse of product test scenarios across projects, determining what to adapt and what to create. * Making autonomous test engineering decisions, considering client context and deadlines. * Feeding back identified project test scenarios and incidents into the product test repository. * Collaborating with implementation teams and project stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We’re Looking for to Strengthen Our \#TopazTeam:** Requirements: * Solid experience in functional and automated testing within project contexts. * Programming in Python and/or experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and automation frameworks. * Experience with test parameterization and reuse (data-driven, variable contexts). * Proficiency in Git and version control workflows. * Experience with agile methodologies and delivery management. * Ability to make autonomous technical decisions under pressure. * Technical leadership profile, capable of guiding the team and establishing standards. * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams. Desirable: * Prior experience implementing software at client sites (deployment, user acceptance testing, go-live). * Experience with BDD and frameworks such as Behave or Cucumber. * Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment pipelines. * Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS) and Docker. * Familiarity with banking or financial products. * Basic Spanish. **Additional Information** Your experience at Topaz is our top priority!
