**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Business & Product Analytics Senior** professional to strategically analyze data, define metrics, build dashboards, and generate insights that support business and product decisions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to transform data into compelling narratives that influence decision-making.
**Responsibilities**
* Conduct advanced data analysis to identify business-relevant opportunities, risks, and trends.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
* Define, structure, and monitor KPIs, goals, performance dashboards, and tracking models.
* Develop and execute complex SQL queries, ensuring accuracy in data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
* Create high-impact executive presentations in PowerPoint (PPT), with clear narratives focused on actionable insights.
* Prepare cohort, funnel, user behavior, product initiative impact, and performance analyses.
* Ensure data governance and quality, promoting automation and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with Product, Growth, Engineering, Operations, and Executive teams.
* Communicate insights clearly, concisely, and strategically to both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Qualifications**
* Solid experience in Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or related fields.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, modeling, and automation.
* Advanced knowledge of SQL (complex queries, CTEs, joins, optimization).
* Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for building comprehensive and intuitive dashboards.
* Advanced PowerPoint (PPT) skills and experience delivering executive presentations.
* Strong analytical capability and mastery of business and product metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, engagement).
* Clear, structured communication with business-oriented storytelling.
* Experience defining and tracking KPIs and strategic goals.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in technology companies, digital product environments, or data-driven organizations.
* Knowledge of Python or R for deeper statistical analysis.
* Experience with A/B testing and agile methodologies.
