You will be responsible for supporting the planning team by assisting in budget development, forecasting (forecast), and monitoring actual results versus budgeted figures.

**What you’ll do as a Junior FP\&A Analyst:**
* Support annual budget (Budget) consolidation and revisions (Forecast).
* Assist in analyzing variances between budgeted and actual figures, explaining cost and expense deviations.
* Prepare monthly management reports (KPIs, Income Statements, and dashboards).
* Maintain reliable databases for BI tools and Excel.
* Monitor operational costs and expenses in partnership with business units.
**You have:**
* Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields—currently pursuing or completed;
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, logical formulas);
* Knowledge of Power BI (DAX) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus;
* Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills;
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
