Your mission is to ensure numerical accuracy and provide strategic visibility to support global decision-making. **Your key responsibilities include:** * **FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis):** Lead the financial planning cycle, including budgeting and forecasting preparation and monitoring. * **Variance Analysis (BvA):** Conduct critical analysis of Actual vs. Budget, identify cost drivers, and propose corrective action plans. * **Executive Reporting:** Prepare monthly KPI dashboards and managerial reports for the executive board (Managerial P&L, Contribution Margin, and EBITDA). * **Cost Accounting & Projects:** Analyze project and cost center profitability, ensuring financially healthy and efficient expansion. * **Accounting Interface:** Support monthly closing by ensuring provisions and classifications reflect the business’s economic reality. * **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in recordkeeping and internal control workflows. **What We’re Looking For** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering. * **Experience:** Solid background in Controlling or Financial Planning within medium- to large-sized companies. * **Analytical Skills:** Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and propose strategic solutions. * **Technology:** Expert-level Excel (financial modeling and large dataset analysis) and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI is a plus). * **Soft Skills:** Proactive profile with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with managers across departments and hierarchical levels. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **SAP (Business One or S/4HANA)**. * **Advanced English:** Proficiency in reading, writing, and participating in global meetings. * Prior experience in the **Energy or Engineering** sector. **Location and Work Model** * Our headquarters is located in **Jundiaí - SP**.
