**Responsibilities** * Gather requirements and understand business areas’ data needs; * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, focusing on performance and usability; * Create and manage ETL processes for integrating multiple data sources; * Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data used in analyses; * Model data (relational and dimensional) to support strategic analyses; * Collaborate with departments such as HR, Operations, Fleet, Finance, and Controller’s Office to generate insights; * Document data structures and data flows, ensuring adherence to best practices in data governance and information security; * Serve as the technical BI reference, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in BI and data modeling; * Experience using DAX and Power Query; * Proficiency in Power BI and SQL; * Knowledge of ETL and data governance; * Analytical and collaborative mindset; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
