Understand, analyze, and deliver organizational information, indicators, and forecasts, performing data collection and analysis, developing reports and dashboards, and collaborating on initiatives involving the evolution of new technologies related to data capture and analysis. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports. * Conduct testing related to developed content and support application validation. * Develop and implement BI solutions. * Extract, develop, and maintain up-to-date SQL-based dashboards and data. * Develop ETL processes and Data Warehouse solutions. * Perform database manipulation and query development, as well as data tabulation and cross-referencing. * Develop reports and comparative studies with analyses using internal and/or external databases. * Integrate, classify, and structure information. * Design mechanisms for information collection, processing, and presentation. * Conduct scenario analyses / projections. * Integrate, classify, and structure information. * Remove and dispose of waste generated during service execution at appropriate locations. * Adhere to and execute practices aligned with principles of social responsibility, environmental stewardship, and corporate governance. * Safeguard, maintain, preserve, and clean work equipment, tools, and materials. * Work in compliance with good practices, safety standards, and procedures. * Attend meetings when summoned. * Comply with scheduled training and development programs. * Observe norms and procedures regarding uniform usage, timekeeping, working hours and shifts, vacation scheduling, etc. * Create and suggest workflows and processes, adopt optimization and rationalization measures to improve team and interdepartmental activities. * Report any irregularities or suspected fraud to management. * Inform management about actions and activities carried out within the area under one’s responsibility. * Perform other related duties consistent with those inherent to one’s operational unit, job nature, and work location/subsystem, as directed by superiors. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields focused on IT. * Knowledge of dashboard development, relational and non-relational data modeling, and Business Intelligence architecture. * Relevant professional experience in this field or related areas. * Technical knowledge required: Indicator calculation, BI tools, SQL, Data Warehouse, Statistical software. Desirable: * Familiarity with health sector regulatory standards or health services provision. * Knowledge of information management technologies and BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE software (e.g., QlikView). * SQL: T\-SQL, PL/SQL. * Knowledge of hospital processes, TASY system, SGU – Unimed Management System, Cardio, Qualiex, allstrategy, Service Desk.
