Job Summary: Develop and optimize modular construction projects, research new technologies, and monitor tests and prototypes to support continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous improvement of processes and prototyping ### **Description** Project Development: Design and detail technical projects using modeling software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, QiBuilder, and Revit). Research and Innovation: Research new technologies, materials, products, and processes for modular and off\-site construction. Feasibility Analysis: Assist in evaluating the technical and financial feasibility of implementing new products and projects. Testing and Optimization: Monitor and conduct practical tests aimed at continuously improving production and construction processes. Prototyping: Supervise prototype assembly at the factory to validate the execution feasibility of new projects. Process Mapping: Identify failures and bottlenecks during modular manufacturing and propose operational improvements. Technical Documentation: Create and update technical manuals, product data sheets, and Work Instructions (WIs) for developed processes. Reports and Data: Collect operational data and prepare performance reports. ### **Requirements** Education: \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Mandatory Technical Knowledge: \- Proficiency in engineering and architectural software. \- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). \- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SketchUp, Revit, and QiBuilder.
