Then this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage medium- and high-complexity B2X segment projects: * Support the development of schedules, leading and executing the project communication plan and rollout; * Manage portfolio and project execution together with product, planning, and IT teams; * Monitor and control the use of project management tools, critically track deliveries, prioritize roadmaps, and lead the project team in controlling activities and conducting meetings focused on scope, timeline, cost, quality, and stakeholder engagement; * Support financial and economic execution management of projects, including cash flow and financial flow for each company’s projects; * Monitor departmental KPIs to ensure project execution and delivery quality; * Support goal-setting and performance tracking for the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Administration with an IT focus, Networks, Engineering, or related fields (preferred); * Experience in project management; * Commitment, proactive attitude, curiosity, inquisitiveness, and facilitation skills; * Availability to support occasional weekend implementations. **Additional Information** At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
