Job Summary:
Provide technical and administrative support for the development, analysis, and monitoring of infrastructure highway engineering projects, controlling documents and schedules.

Support technical and administrative activities related to the development, analysis, organization, and monitoring of engineering projects concerning the concessionaire's highway infrastructure, ensuring proper control of documents, information, and technical schedules. Responsible for supporting the engineering team in monitoring stages of study preparation, preliminary designs, basic designs, and executive designs, ensuring organized technical information, document compatibility, and appropriate communication flow among designers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support the monitoring of engineering project development related to highway infrastructure.
* Organize and control technical documents, projects, reports, and records associated with engineering activities.
* Assist in the preliminary analysis of projects prepared by engineering firms or contracted consulting companies.
* Support deadline and schedule control for project development and review stages.
* Participate in organizing technical meetings related to engineering projects.
* Prepare project monitoring reports and status records for ongoing projects.
* Support document compatibility across different technical disciplines within projects.
* Perform control and updating of project files and databases.
* Support project approval processes with the regulatory agency, public bodies, and other involved entities.
* Assist in organizing information and documents required for technical audits and regulatory inspections.
* Support communication among internal engineering, operations, planning, and construction implementation teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the concessionaire's document management and project control processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Minimum of **02 years of experience in engineering or infrastructure-related projects.**
Desirable experience in project management support, technical document control, and engineering project monitoring.
* Familiarity with engineering and highway infrastructure projects.
* Processes for preparing and reviewing technical projects.
* Control and organization of technical documentation.
* Schedule management and activity monitoring.
* Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with technical drawing and document management software is desirable.
Familiarity with highway concession agreements and the regulatory environment.
