




Job Summary: This professional will understand internal requirements, map and analyze processes, develop and implement projects, and present improvement proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with TOTVS Winthor and process modeling. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with internal departments to understand their requirements and challenges; * Map and analyze existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency; * Develop and implement projects and processes that promote best practices and business outcomes; * Present proposals and solutions to relevant departments, comparing the current state with suggested improvements and their expected impacts. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience in this role; * Knowledge of PL/SQL; * **Knowledge of TOTVS Winthor;** * Experience with Bizagi Modeler (or similar process modeling tools); * Experience in project planning and follow-up. * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
