Identifying and suggesting innovative solutions **Description** Directly contribute to the implementation and maintenance of software (Winthor) at client sites and internal TOTVS projects, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and the success of the assigned project. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform medium-complexity activities in Services, with moderate supervision and guidance, either on-site or remotely; Implement and maintain software at client sites with moderate guidance and supervision, adhering to the TOTVS Implementation Methodology and area-established processes; Meet departmental goals and deliver established results by performing assigned tasks, processes, and procedures; Perform essential activities—including configuration, simulation, functional testing, and maintenance—at a medium level of complexity to ensure correct software implementation; Guide assistants and junior analysts in performing daily tasks, sharing knowledge and supporting documentation; Identify and suggest process improvements and/or innovations within the area, based on technical and business knowledge, formally communicating them to responsible departments; Analyze and resolve root causes of potential issues, escalating and directing actions to project/area leadership; Master approximately 70% of modules related to their area of expertise across products and integration points with other areas to implement solutions using available tools; Identify and suggest innovative solutions, as well as analyze root causes (when related to their area of expertise); Exceptionally participate in pre-sales activities for modules or routines they master, to generate new demand. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics;
