Process and Quality Analyst

Ayko — Together to transform! **Responsibilities and duties** * Map, review, document, and optimize internal processes; * Ensure process alignment with internal policies, ISO standards, LGPD, and customer contractual requirements; * Support internal and external audits related to the company’s certifications; * Control evidence, records, indicators, and documentation of the management system; * Develop and monitor action plans to address nonconformities; * Maintain existing certifications on an ongoing basis; * Support projects for implementing new certifications and market frameworks; * Develop workflows, procedures, policies, and work instructions; * Monitor quality, operational efficiency, and compliance indicators; * Support internal departments in process standardization and continuous improvement; * Conduct training and awareness activities on quality, information security, and compliance; * Identify operational risks and opportunities for improvement; * Ensure continuous updating of corporate documentation. **Requirements and qualifications** * Knowledge of process management and continuous improvement. * Knowledge of quality management systems and compliance. * Experience with ISO standards, particularly: * ISO/IEC 27001 * ISO/IEC 27701 * ISO/IEC 27018 * Knowledge of LGPD. * Knowledge of risk management and internal controls. * Experience conducting internal and external audits. * Ability to develop flowcharts, procedures, and policies. * Familiarity with process and documentation management tools. * Knowledge of indicators and data analysis. * Familiarity with corporate IT and B2B operations environments. **Additional information** Born as VipRede, Ayko is the result of continuous evolution in the IT sector.
