We seek a professional who will be challenged to contribute to the operational efficiency of the Operations Center, responsible for process standardization, regulatory compliance monitoring, and budget, contract, and technical document management; preparation of reports and executive presentations; supporting the team in implementing and updating standards, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Duties of the Position:** * Manage regulations and Operational Agreements of the Operations Center, mapping needs, drafting, reviewing, and publishing documents; * Manage supplier contracts, including monitoring validity periods, execution, amendments, and renewals; drafting technical specifications and purchase requisitions; * Manage and verify Measurement Bulletins, service sheets, invoices, and evidence of contractual execution. * Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets for the area, mapping needs and improvement opportunities, and perform monthly expense tracking and RF management; * Manage internal standardization, ensuring the drafting, review, updating, control, and dissemination of procedures, operational instructions, and interdepartmental agreements. * Ensure technical documents align with ANEEL, ONS, and other competent regulatory bodies’ regulations; * Prepare managerial, strategic, and results-oriented presentations for operations meetings and forums; * Prepare managerial reports, performance indicators, and analyses related to operations management to meet internal requirements; * Identify and propose solutions for any non-conformities detected; * Keep the document management system up to date, organizing project records, technical reports, and compliance evidence; * Contribute to continuous process improvement by proposing adjustments, standardizations, and solutions to increase operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering. * Knowledge of the Electricity Sector Regulation, ONS Grid Procedures, experience in pre- and post-operation activities at Operations Centers, knowledge of renewable and hydroelectric energy. * Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SAP. * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Desired: Technical and operational knowledge of power generation plants (hydroelectric, wind, and/or solar). * Strong oral and written communication skills to work collaboratively within teams, across departments, and to present results clearly and concisely. **Additional Information** At Auren Energia, we believe the future lies in innovative ideas, sustainable actions, and a more positive world; and what makes the difference in creating our synergy is who we go with!
