**What will be your role?**
As a **Human Resources Department Analyst**, you will be responsible for executing onboarding and offboarding activities, managing and recording deductions, administering employee benefits, tracking working hours, and participating in payroll processes—all in strict compliance with current labor legislation.
**Responsibilities and duties**
**What will your day-to-day look like?**
* Conduct new employee onboarding, organizing required documentation and registering new employees in the Senior system;
* Request benefit cards and ID badges for new employees, as well as replacement copies when necessary;
* Monitor and update employee timekeeping and work schedule records;
* Assist in payroll calculation and processing as needed;
* Manage the registration and administration of benefits—including transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance plans, and others;
* Support vacation administration, medical certificates, and leave-of-absence procedures;
* Advise employees on questions related to benefits, vacations, and other administrative processes;
* Track HR management indicators related to new employee onboarding and suggest improvements to the HR administrative process;
* Perform related tasks as required by the company.
**Requirements and qualifications**
**To make your story happen here, you must have expertise in the following areas:**
* Prior experience in Human Resources Department roles, especially within mid-sized companies;
* Knowledge of onboarding routines, benefits administration, and labor legislation;
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency.

**Work location and format:**
Headquarters, São José \- SC.
On-site, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with a 01:15 lunch break.
