Then join us at Globo Pharma. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Conduct daily equipment efficiency monitoring; perform tactical data analysis; identify opportunities to improve process and equipment productivity; develop and implement standardization tools and routine management systems; formulate and manage action plans to enhance process and equipment performance; lead continuous improvement programs in the factory; develop and monitor strategic, tactical, and operational industrial indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Basic English proficiency; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools; * Experience in data analysis; * Experience with industrial processes; * Knowledge of quality tools; * Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness); * Preferred: Specialization / Postgraduate studies in Lean Manufacturing and/or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Agile problem-solving methodologies.
