




Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training programs, developing materials, and conducting onboarding and capacity-building initiatives. Conducting onboarding programs for new employees **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership and departments across the company, recognizing opportunities for technical and behavioral development; * Plan, organize, and deliver internal in-person or virtual training sessions according to requirements identified by the Human Resources department and leadership; * Develop and update training materials, presentations, educational content, and instructional resources used in capacity-building initiatives; * Conduct onboarding programs for new employees, introducing them to the company, its policies, organizational culture, and key internal processes; * Organize training schedules, participant invitations, and logistics required for training delivery; * Maintain attendance records, documentation, and reporting for all delivered training sessions; * Monitor and analyze metrics related to training and development activities; * Administer reaction evaluations and track training effectiveness; * Contribute to the development and updating of the company’s annual training and development plan; * Support initiatives focused on leadership development, performance improvement, and strengthening organizational culture; * Manage and maintain records of mandatory and institutional training; * Administer and keep corporate learning or training platforms used by the company up to date; * Design and propose capacity-building initiatives aligned with the organization’s operational and strategic needs; * Comply with internal policies, company regulations, and compliance guidelines. **Requirements:** **Technical Skills** * Knowledge of training and development of people; * Development of training materials and content; * Planning and organization of corporate training programs; * Monitoring of training metrics and records; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent presentation and data organization tools. **Behavioral Skills** * Clear and didactic communication; * Public speaking ability; * Organization and planning skills; * Proactivity; * Creativity in content development; * Interpersonal skills and teamwork. **Prerequisites** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in training, development, or corporate education; * Familiarity with Canva; * Experience with development platforms (e.g., Qulture.Rocks, Feedz, Sólides, etc.) is considered an advantage; * Interest in people development and organizational learning. **Benefits:** No benefits specified
