We are one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the country and are looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us, directly contributing to the success of new customers from their very first steps on the platform. **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer support to Omie clients via chat and phone to address their questions; * Remotely access client machines to resolve their questions; * Create step-by-step visual or textual guides—or video tutorials—for system procedures to address client questions; * Escalate systemic issues and seemingly unsolvable problems to the Product Experts team for validation and resolution; * Redirect chats or calls outside your scope of responsibility to the appropriate department, helping clients reach the right solution; * Handle chats related to invoice rejection, via chat and phone, delivering specialized support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (preferred); * Familiarity with the Omie system (preferred); * **E-commerce and marketplace knowledge (preferred);** * Experience providing software support. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: BRL 45.00 per business day.
