Continuous pursuit of technological advancement **Responsibilities:** The professional will be responsible for hardware, software, and network technical support, performing root cause analysis and incident documentation. The objective is to ensure system stability and SLA compliance, delivering high-quality solutions with emphasis on resource optimization and user satisfaction. **Detailed Description:** * Acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of the system, its functionalities and benefits, aiming to guide customers toward optimal usage and maximum capability utilization; * Handle low-complexity incident reports and support requests, documenting them, analyzing root causes, and providing feedback to customers, ensuring all requests and issues are resolved per the agreed SLA while maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction; * Monitor the system implementation process to ensure a smooth transition and rapid customer adoption, as well as to confirm that customer expectations are met; * Continuously seek and monitor technological advancements regarding the best software and hardware alternatives aligned with AmorSaúde’s needs, contributing to meeting business requirements; * Consistently embody organizational values in accordance with AmorSaúde’s beliefs, ensuring effective adherence and commitment to ethical principles guiding internal and external professional relationships; * Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with customers, suppliers, communities, and public and private agencies and entities, contributing to sustaining and enhancing AmorSaúde’s institutional image; * Comply with and assist in disseminating Information Security Policies and Procedures in accordance with LGPD – General Data Protection Law, through proper use of authorized access credentials and technological devices provided by AmorSaúde, thereby ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and security of sensitive information, as well as business credibility within its operational segment and minimizing potential risks.
