Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Sciences professional to perform account reconciliations and financial closings, consolidate financial statements, and ensure compliance within a tax consulting environment. We seek motivated professionals who embrace challenges, possess strong business acumen, and are driven to identify opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform complex accounting reconciliations and classifications, adhering to standards (CPC, NBC, and current legislation); * Conduct monthly and annual financial closings; * Consolidate balance sheets and financial statements (Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement, explanatory notes); * Knowledge required to fulfill ancillary accounting obligations (ECD, ECF); * Review journal entries and system configurations; * Provide technical support to junior professionals and interns; * Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of accounting processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; * Solid knowledge of accounting and tax legislation; * Proficiency in reconciling complex balance sheet accounts; * Experience with accounting systems and ERPs; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Active CRC registration is a plus; **Competencies and Skills:** * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity in problem-solving; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Sense of urgency and focus on deadlines; * Ability to guide and support other team members. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in accounting firms handling multiple CNPJs; * Experience with companies under the presumed profit and real profit taxation regimes; * Knowledge of international standards (IFRS); * Familiarity with automation of accounting routines. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive remuneration \+ Transportation Benefit (TRI card) \+ Meal/Voucher Allowance (R$34.10 per working day) * Life Insurance * Gym benefit * SESC membership agreement * Health plan – Doctor Clin * Working hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), Monday to Friday.
