**Job Description**
We are looking for a Junior Sales Administration Analyst to join our team!

**Qualifications** **What We’re Looking For:**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to quickly learn about products and markets.
* Organization and discipline to manage high volumes of leads.
* Ability to handle rejection and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.
**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**
* Conducting active prospecting (outbound) via email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
* Qualifying inbound leads based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and MQL/SQL criteria.
* Mapping customer pain points, challenges, and context.
* Creating qualified opportunities and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
* Keeping the CRM consistently updated with activities, interactions, and relevant data.
* Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to improve funnel quality.
* Tracking metrics such as: lead volume, response rate, SQL conversion rate, meetings held, and pipeline generated.
* Developing outreach cadences and scripts to increase conversion.
* Testing new acquisition strategies and prospecting workflows.
