The Junior Results Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns that may impact the company's results. This professional generates reports, indicators, and analyses that support strategic decision-making. In addition, they collaborate in developing action plans to optimize processes and achieve established goals. * Manages, updates, and follows up on internal production (PAP and Bitrix24\); * Manages, analyzes, and follows up on deadlines for construction projects and initiatives (Rollout); * Verifies and validates contracts and payable quantities for service and material suppliers; * Updates and monitors the production forecast (future POC); * Updates, verifies, and disseminates the Accounting POC; * Consolidates, analyzes with managers, and disseminates the company's budgetary results (AGM); * Maps and supports process improvements within the department; * Supports and gathers billing quantities for customers; * Assists in building controls or schedules; * Conducts various analyses to support company decision-making; * Supports and leads the company's strategic meetings.
