A Junior R&D Analyst works on the technical development of concrete admixtures and manages projects from inception to completion, ensuring performance and quality.

**We count on you for** **Position**: Junior R\&D Analyst (Concrete Admixtures)
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Work Location**: Sorocaba – SP

**Area Overview:** The Research \& Development area is responsible for developing and adapting concrete admixture solutions, working closely with customers and the commercial team. The team directly develops application-oriented products, considering the specific characteristics of materials used by each customer, with strong field engagement and direct business impact.
**Role Mission:** To perform technical development of concrete admixtures, leading end-to-end projects (from understanding customer needs to solution implementation), ensuring performance, quality, and alignment with market demands.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Develop concrete admixture formulations, considering customers' specific material characteristics
* Lead technical projects from start to finish (diagnosis, development, validation)
* Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and adjust formulations
* Conduct technical visits and field tests (in partnership with the commercial team)
* Monitor and interpret laboratory test results (physicochemical, mechanical, and durability tests)
* Collaborate with the laboratory to execute tests
* Interact with global teams on international projects
* Ensure organization and prioritization of multiple concurrent projects
* Contribute to technical solutions focused on applicability and business outcomes
**Is this role right for you?** **We are looking for candidates who have:**
* Completed or near-completion degree in: Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
* Eligibility for CRQ registration or active CRQ registration
* Intermediate English (reading, comprehension, and basic communication)
* Availability for frequent domestic travel (approx. 1–2 weeks/month, partially)
**Knowledge in:**
* Chemical formulation
* Inorganic materials (e.g., cement, mortar, concrete)
* Polymeric materials (preferred)
* Familiarity with Excel and data analysis
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience with concrete admixtures or similar segments
* Laboratory experience, physicochemical testing, or quality control
* Experience supporting technical customers or providing technical support
