




Job Summary: Professional to support the Quality Management Department in implementing and maintaining processes, ensuring standardization and rationalization of hospital activities. Conducting internal audits and quality management training **REQUIREMENTS:** * **COMPLETED HIGHER EDUCATION (ADMINISTRATION, QUALITY, HEALTH, OR RELATED FIELDS);** * **AVAILABILITY FOR FULL-TIME WORK.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support the Quality Management Department in implementing and maintaining quality processes across organizational departments/processes, according to the ONA Accreditation methodology, ensuring execution within established standards; * Provide support to all Hospital departments by analyzing work processes and procedures, assisting them in defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Protocols, Forms, and Organizational Manuals, thereby promoting standardization and rationalization of tasks, process agility, and minimization of operational costs; * Accompany external evaluators during the ONA accreditation process, guiding audited departments in preparing documents and evidence for submission to the Accredited Accrediting Institution (IAC); * Jointly analyze, with the Quality Management Department, reports from routine and ONA accreditation visits, determining action plans and providing guidance to Hospital departments regarding handling and resolution of non-conformities; * Conduct internal audit processes under the guidance of the Quality Management Department, train internal auditor teams, analyze evidence, documents, work routines, etc., and prepare final audit reports. Perform follow-up on recommendations issued to audited departments to verify implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions, issuing an opinion on whether identified non-conformities have been resolved or not; * Deliver training to Hospital teams on quality management and ONA accreditation processes, aiming to multiply knowledge and facilitate program implementation; * Support management in collecting and processing managerial information and performance indicators (KPIs) for institutional critical analysis; * Administer the Strategic Management module of the MV system, implementing necessary actions to deploy and adapt its functionalities within the quality process; * Administer the Institution’s quality system documentation (SOPs, Protocols, Forms, Bylaws, Policies, Plans, etc.), receiving, reviewing, correcting, and formatting them according to each document’s standard structure, arranging for approval, publishing on Santa Casa’s Intranet, and maintaining control over them; * Maintain control over the adverse event and incident notification and handling system, including corrective and preventive actions—receiving and analyzing notifications, instructing teams on correct completion, initiating investigation processes for events, and monitoring their resolution, aiming to identify potential issues affecting care and service quality; * Report adverse events notified via NOTIVISA and ONA INTEGRARE websites, as well as monitor their outcomes; * Collect and consolidate information, prepare reports, and enter data into the CROSS Portal – Indicators Module (Santas Casas SUStentável Program).
