We are looking for a professional to support the implementation of new products, perform component quotation activities, define assembly flows, register information in the system, identify investment opportunities, and interface with customers. **Apply now and \#JoinBrascabos!!** **Responsibilities and duties** **A day in the life of a Product Development Analyst:** * Attend customer meetings to understand requirements for new products or modifications, and develop products according to customer requests. * Support/preparation of quotations for new products: identification of components and assemblies meeting product application specifications (including possible alternatives), sometimes jointly with the customer; * Support/lead the new product implementation process as part of a cross-functional team; * Determine the most appropriate assembly flow and its respective standard time; * System registration (components and structures); * Identify investments required for the project; * Technical support during new product implementation, supporting functional teams; * Manage project activity progress and interface with customers. **Requirements and qualifications** **To embark on this journey, it is essential to have:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering; * A Technical course in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering is desirable; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, standards, and customer-specific requirements; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel; * Intermediate English proficiency. **What will make you shine in our team:** * Knowledge of the White Goods segment. * Leadership and project management skills; * Interpretation of standards; * Core Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, and APQP); * Knowledge of MTM; * Familiarity with electrical network manufacturing processes is desirable. **Additional information** **Enjoy a range of benefits that make a real difference in your journey:** Medical Assistance; Childcare Assistance; Food Card; Meal Card; Pharmacy Benefit Plan; Private Pension Plan; Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Life Insurance.
