We are seeking a **Junior Construction Planning Analyst**. Your role will be to provide technical support for physical and financial planning activities across projects, assisting with data collection, schedule development, and measurement tasks—ensuring information organization and execution control.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Data Collection and Organization**
* Collect information from ongoing projects.
* Organize technical and administrative construction data.
* Support updating systems and spreadsheets with consolidated information.
**Physical and Financial Planning**
* Assist in developing physical and financial schedules.
* Update schedules based on construction progress and inputs from the technical team.
* Monitor physical progress against established targets.
**Measurements and Construction Monitoring**
* Perform basic measurements and surveys of completed work.
* Support verification of contractor measurements against contractual terms.
* Monitor measurements alongside financial institutions, under supervision.
**Reporting and Analysis**
* Prepare basic reports on construction progress and physical\-financial control.
* Support cost and variance analysis when directed.
**Systems and Tools**
* Update data in the UAU system and/or control spreadsheets.
* Provide operational support for planning tools.
**Interdepartmental Collaboration**
* Support communication with internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance).
* Monitor interactions with suppliers and external partners as needed
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Experience in construction sites and planning within the civil construction sector.
* Knowledge of physical and financial scheduling.
* Basic ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
* Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Familiarity with planning systems (e.g., Prevision, UAU – training will be provided).
* Basic understanding of measurement and budget control.
* Ability to prepare operational reports.
