Ready for a career that delivers greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle and create Excel reports. * Update performance dashboards with target achievement metrics. * Develop route corrections to meet KPIs. * Review reports for data validation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience in call center staff roles (e.g., supervisor, analyst). * Familiarity with tools such as Genesys Cloud, Power BI, and Power Query. * Proficiency in call center tools. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have:** * Knowledge of Statistics for forecasting. * Experience in long-term planning.
