Job Summary: Recruitment of a junior tax analyst to work in the Paralegal area of the Tax Directorate, conducting tax compliance inquiries and performing tax registration activities. Recruitment of a junior tax analyst to work in the Paralegal area of the Tax Directorate. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** * Conduct tax compliance inquiries, obtaining debt listings and analyzing potential pending matters with the competent authorities. * Identify required documentation and interact with internal departments responsible for supporting the issuance of Negative Debt Certificates (CNDs). * Perform activities related to tax registrations at State Treasury Secretariats, including opening, modifying, and closing branches and group companies. * Monitor and control deadlines and renewals of powers of attorney and Digital Certificates, ensuring their validity and availability for use. * Support administrative and operational routines of the area, ensuring compliance and updating tax information. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting, Administration or Law, with interest in tax and paralegal areas. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. * Teamwork skills, curiosity and initiative. * Experience in the paralegal area is a plus. **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
