Job Summary: The Junior Laboratory Analyst (R&D) supports prototype characterization activities and execution of tests on medical devices under development, ensuring compliance with QMS. Compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The Junior Laboratory Analyst (R\&D) supports activities in the prototype characterization laboratory and executes tests on medical devices under development. This role is responsible for performing basic tests, preparing materials and samples, recording data, and assisting Mid-Level and Senior Analysts as well as the R\&D team in executing Verification \& Validation (V\&V) studies. Works in compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable regulatory standards, ensuring organization, traceability, and data integrity. 1\. Support in Test Execution * Prepare samples, materials, fixtures and holders required for testing. * Perform basic laboratory tests following protocols, work instructions and supervision by Mid-Level or Senior Analysts. * Operate simple equipment under technical guidance, progressively learning procedures and safety standards. 2\. Data Recording and Organization * Record primary data accurately, ensuring integrity and traceability. * Support laboratory organization, including proper storage of materials, samples and prototypes. * Keep equipment usage logs and internal reports up to date. 3\. Support to the Technical Team * Assist Mid-Level, Senior Analysts and Laboratory Technicians in test preparation and execution activities. * Support simple instrument calibration and basic equipment checks under guidance. * Participate in periodic training to develop technical skills and regulatory knowledge. 4\. Document Control and Good Practices * Comply with standard operating procedures, work instructions and internal QMS standards. * Assist in updating records, protocols and reports under supervision. * Gradually develop knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), data integrity and safety standards. 5\. Continuous Learning and Development * Participate in internal training on test methods, regulatory standards and equipment operation. * Gradually acquire knowledge of Verification \& Validation (V\&V), ensuring technical growth. * Demonstrate proactivity in developing new competencies to handle more complex tests.
