Support the management and execution of Internal Controls activities across the Tigre Group’s business units in Brazil and abroad. * Support strengthening the Internal Controls environment by contributing to process mapping and preparation of departmental reports. * Act in a consultative capacity with business areas, reinforcing the second line of defense at Tigre. Participate in mapping new processes, merger and acquisition initiatives, and operational routines—identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the Company’s sustainable development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct process walkthroughs. * Assist business areas in updating and properly formalizing the risk and internal controls matrix. * Support the external audit process or other audit processes required by the Company related to the internal controls environment for critical and relevant business processes. * Assist in tracking mitigation actions from Internal and External Audit findings, aiming to standardize practices across Tigre Group businesses and prevent recurrence of issues. * Support planning and monitoring organizational business practice reviews to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to appropriate management of Policies and Procedures. * Conduct CSA (Control Self-Assessment) for key process controls, as per the department’s plan. * Assist in analytically tracking internal controls indicators and project outcomes, preparing and disseminating reports. * Support dissemination of Internal Controls processes, routines, and Risk Management culture across the Company. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in risk and internal controls; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
