Description
**Your responsibilities**
* Analyze and critically verify customs clearance instruction documents (Invoice, Packing List, AWB/BL/CRT), ensuring compliance with customs and foreign exchange regulations;
* Coordinate shipments and effectively manage booking and shipping windows, monitoring transit time and reporting critical deviations to the coordination team;
* Perform customs tariff classification of goods (NCM) and assist in drafting technical descriptions of items for registration in government systems;
* Develop and analyze import cost spreadsheets and performance indicators, proposing process improvements based on collected data;
* Verify monetary amounts and invoices from service providers.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, or Business Administration;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Advanced English proficiency.
