### **Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, from job opening to employee onboarding.
* Support managers and Business Partners in defining job profiles, understanding business needs, and aligning with departmental strategy.
* Promote internal and external job openings, ensuring priority for internal mobility and diversity.
* Screen resumes, conduct competency-based interviews, apply assessment tools when required, and issue technical evaluations.
* Manage all stages of the selection process in the corporate system (Sonepeople), ensuring accurate data entry and tracking by the hiring manager.
* Handle the hiring process, ensuring correct submission and verification of documents, completion of spreadsheets, support for pre-employment medical exams, and communication with involved departments.
* Lead corporate and opcol (onboarding) integration processes, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
* Monitor the probationary period of new hires (at 45 and 90 days), performing follow-ups, sending forms, analyzing evaluations, and supporting managers in action plans when necessary.
* Conduct exit interviews, record information, prepare analyses, and support improvement plans.
* Manage the Young Apprentice Program, including quota control, relationship management with partner institutions, contract monitoring, hiring, terminations, and billing.
* Support temporary hiring management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and control of contracts and invoices.
* Maintain and update departmental spreadsheets and controls (vacancies, hires, apprentices, temporaries, probationary periods, and terminations).
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, SLAs, departmental KPIs, and legal requirements related to R\&S processes.
### **Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection, with hands-on involvement in end-to-end processes.
* Knowledge of competency-based interviews.
* Experience with R\&S systems and administrative controls.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
