




Job Summary: Work as a generalist in HR, supporting Recruitment and Selection, Personnel Department, and Training & Development to enhance operational efficiency and organizational culture. Support in training planning and execution **Job Objective** Serve as a generalist across Human Resources subsystems, supporting the execution and improvement of **Recruitment and Selection, Personnel Department, and Training & Development** processes to contribute to the department's operational efficiency, delivery quality, and reinforcement of organizational culture. **Main Responsibilities** **Recruitment and Selection** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions. * Align job requirements with requesting managers. * Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates. * Guide candidate feedback stages. * Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, number of applicants). * Support continuous improvement of talent attraction strategies. **Personnel Department (Operational Interface)** * Support onboarding processes by verifying documentation and ensuring correct information flow. * Monitor offboarding and internal mobility processes. * Assist in verifying data related to timekeeping and payroll processing. * Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, vacation, and administrative procedures. * Ensure organization and updating of labor records and documents. **Training and Development** * Support planning and execution of internal training programs and development initiatives. * Track participation records, attendance lists, and training metrics. * Support performance evaluation processes, structured feedback, and development plans (IDPs). * Assist in logistics and communication for capacity-building programs. **HR Analytics and Controls** * Prepare and monitor **HR department reports and metrics**. * Support creation and updating of **control spreadsheets and dashboards**. * Contribute to organizing and analyzing data related to workforce movements, HR metrics, and departmental initiatives. * Support HR in process structuring and operational improvements. **Requirements** **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields**. **Technical Knowledge:** * Prior experience in generalist HR routines. * Knowledge of labor legislation and Personnel Department procedures. * Experience in Recruitment and Selection processes. **Computer Skills:** * **Intermediate to advanced Excel** (data management, formulas, reporting, and information organization). * Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Word). **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and management of multiple tasks * Clear and concise communication * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Analytical ability * Interpersonal skills * Discretion and confidentiality in handling information Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting from R$3.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Partner discounts and commercial agreements * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
