Senior Controller Analyst

Your work will be essential to ensuring predictability, profitability, and control. * Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and result projections. * Conduct variance analyses (actual vs. budgeted) and performance indicator analyses. * Consolidate and analyze managerial financial statements. * Structure reports and dashboards for executive leadership. * Support feasibility studies, pricing analysis, and margin assessments. * Propose improvements to internal processes, controls, and policies. * Collaborate closely with Accounting, Tax, and other business areas. Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience as a Senior Controller Analyst or in a similar role. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, managerial income statements (DRE), and result analysis. * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial analysis and modeling. * Strong analytical ability, business acumen, and effective communication skills with non-finance stakeholders. * Availability to work full-time as a self-employed contractor (PJ). **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in high-growth companies (scale-ups, middle-market firms, or consulting firms). * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Data Studio, or similar). * Prior involvement in implementing or improving controller functions. * Experience with integrated ERPs and managerial reconciliations.
