**Junior Personnel Department Analyst**
We are looking for a professional to work as a **Junior Personnel Department Analyst**, focusing on operational routines and supporting personnel administration processes.
**Main responsibilities**
* Closing and verifying electronic timekeeping records;
* Calculating overtime, night shift allowances, and weekly rest day remuneration (DSR);
* Handling contract termination processes, from calculations through to issuing statutory charges and verifying amounts;
* Managing eSocial routine tasks;
* Operating and monitoring FGTS Digital;
* Controlling and monitoring installment-based FGTS payments;
* Supporting other Personnel Department routines.
Requirements
* Prior experience in the Personnel Department;
* Knowledge of timekeeping closing procedures;
* Experience with labor calculations and termination settlements;
* Hands-on experience with eSocial;
* Familiarity with FGTS Digital and FGTS installment payments;
* Experience with the TOTVS system;
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines.
