The professional is responsible for performing administrative tasks, budgeting, supporting project execution and construction supervision. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work on engineering project development, supporting matters related to the definition of technical requirements and standards to be observed. * Assist in preparing technical drawings, diagrams, flowcharts, modeling, sizing, and engineering calculations. * Assist in identifying resources required to implement engineering solutions, such as financial costs, contracting/acquisition of new technologies, materials, among others. * Perform tasks related to the preparation and review of work instructions and operation manuals for engineering solutions. * Maintain contact with engineering service providers and assist in controlling deadlines of signed contracts to meet company needs and technical requirements. * Collaborate in transferring engineering projects to the production department. * Verify whether evaluation and test results comply with conceptual specifications, forwarding information to the responsible Engineer. * Manage projects on the company's platform, updating it with necessary information; * Obtain price quotations for services and prepare budgets by contacting suppliers; * Support contract management activities, material control, and purchase orders; * Monitor purchase orders and requests, ensuring their delivery at construction sites; * Monitor field activities daily and in person, and conduct on-site verification of engineering projects; * Support the service order management system, updating it with necessary information. * Organize documentation and perform other administrative support activities; * Prepare clear and accurate engineering reports, work instructions, operational procedures, photographic reports, non-conformance reports; * Perform other related tasks as needed or at the discretion of the supervisor. * Perform job-related activities while complying with all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and department activities. Responsible for immediately reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to personal health or that of fellow workers. * Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information. * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness. * Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility, promptly reporting any problems or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
