The Junior Data and Information Analyst in the Quality area is responsible for extracting, processing, and consolidating data to develop information solutions and optimize operational routines.

**POSITION:** JUNIOR DATA AND INFORMATION ANALYST
**DEPARTMENT:** QUALITY
**DESCRIPTION:**
Extract, process, and consolidate data from internal systems, defining requirements to develop information solutions and facilitate data access. Execute supply planning routines and optimize operational routines. Support the development of indicators and monitor risks within the Procurement department.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
● Organize integrated databases—structured and unstructured—by continuously extracting, cleaning, and consolidating data from multiple internal sources and systems (e.g., ERP system cross-referencing) to support stakeholder decision-making.
● Execute procurement planning routines, consolidating historical consumption data, current stock levels, and goods-in-transit to determine optimal replenishment quantities.
● Analyze and process data upon stakeholder request, organizing and connecting such information via dashboards and reports to ensure clear monitoring of consumption, inventory levels, lead times, and productivity for decision-makers.
● Support indicator development by assisting in their creation for real-time performance monitoring (e.g., On-Time In-Full [OTIF], billing analyses, consumption variance analysis), thereby generating inputs for continuous improvement action plans and cost optimization.
● Assist in exploratory and statistical analyses of logistics scenarios to monitor stockout risks and identify business opportunities.
● Participate in data governance initiatives, supporting master data cleansing, identification of obsolete items, and movement curve analysis to ensure material master data and analytical data integrity.
● Support ongoing alignment with related departments for results presentation, and perform technical validation of data and reports developed by other departments (e.g., IT).
● Perform other related duties as required by the department, contributing to operational needs.
**REQUIRED EDUCATION:**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence (BI), Big Data, Information Systems, Databases, or Supply Chain Management.
**EXPERIENCE:**
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
**LANGUAGES:**
Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
**DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE:**
Recent graduate with academic or professional experience handling data, planning routines, spreadsheet manipulation, and information consolidation.
Data processing, analysis of structured and unstructured data (ETL)
Proficiency in programming languages, databases, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools (dashboards)
Familiarity with internal systems for data input/output (ERPs)
Information storage, classification, retrieval, and distribution
Basic understanding of supply logic (MRP) and fundamental statistical concepts
**LOCATION:**
BRAZIL HEADQUARTERS — SÃO PAULO
**WORK HOURS:**
8:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday / 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday — Flexible (220 hours/month)
**SALARY:**
R$ 4,800.00 to R$ 4,900.00 (Approximate value; subject to change)
