Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze data; develop reports and dashboards; and support the generation of insights for decision-making. Support the generation of insights for decision-making We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team! **Key Responsibilities:** * Collect, organize, and analyze data * Develop reports and dashboards * Support the generation of insights for decision-making * Monitor performance indicators and metrics * Assist in improving processes based on data **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Administration, Statistics, IT, Engineering, or related fields * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Basic knowledge of data analysis and KPIs * Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar is a plus * Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience (including internships) in the field * Knowledge of Python or data visualization tools **If you enjoy working with numbers and transforming data into actionable information, we want to meet you!** Compensation: R$1.621,00 - R$1.622,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance Work Location: On-site
