Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to work in the Transportation area, transforming operational data into strategic information and contributing to logistical efficiency. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement **About the position:** We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to work in the Transportation area, supporting the construction and evolution of our Transport Control Tower. This person will be responsible for transforming operational data into strategic information, directly contributing to cost reduction, improved delivery timelines, and increased logistical efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build and update operational and managerial transportation reports * Analyze freight costs (actual vs. billed freight, impact per carrier, etc.) * Support carrier rate adjustment control * Develop dashboards and KPIs for the area * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement * Support SLA, delay, damage, and reshipment analyses * Work with operations to ensure data quality * Assist in process and routine automation (Excel / tools / potential future use of Python) **Requirements:** * Advanced Excel skills * Analytical mindset and attention to detail * Organizational skills and sense of priority * Passion for data **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in logistics or transportation * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, etc.) * Basic knowledge of SQL or Python * Experience handling large volumes of data * Experience with INTELIPOST TMS and Whintor ERP
