**Responsibilities and Duties** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:**
Support in setting up, conducting, and monitoring agronomic validation trials.
Field data collection and organization of information into spreadsheets and internal systems.
Assistance in statistical analysis and interpretation of results.
Contribution to technical reports and presentation of results.
Collaboration with various company departments, including R&D, Agronomy, and Commercial teams.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:**
Completed high school education.
Currently enrolled in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related fields; being in the 3rd or 4th semester is a plus.
Basic knowledge of agricultural experimentation, including experimental designs, trial execution, and data collection.
Familiarity with Excel and interest in statistical tools such as R, SAS, or similar is desirable.
Certifications or courses in biologicals, crop management, or applied statistics will be considered advantageous.
Prior experience (academic or internship) in agricultural fieldwork or activities related to crops such as soybean, corn, and sugarcane will be a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally to experimental sites.
Proactive profile, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
Availability for fully on-site work in Elias Fausto/SP.
