Enjoy the freedom to propose solutions* **Development** * We value your dedication and want you to grow with us* **Making a difference** * Grow with us and change the lives of millions of people* ***We are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst!*** **Responsibilities and duties** * Server and environment administration * Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows and/or Linux) * Monitor performance, resource consumption, and apply security patches * Manage backups, restores, and contingency routines * Network and connectivity management * Administer LAN/WAN network infrastructure, switches, routers, and firewalls * Ensure availability of links, VPNs, and secure connections between locations and the cloud * Cloud environments * Manage environments on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud * Implement automations, security policies, and cost controls in the cloud * Information security * Implement and maintain security policies, access controls, and corporate antivirus * Monitor vulnerabilities and support audits and compliance (LGPD, ISO 27001, etc.) * Support and incidents * Handle Level 2 and Level 3 infrastructure incidents * Support the Service Desk and document solutions in the knowledge base * Asset and licensing management * Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware, software, and licenses * Plan capacity and proactively propose acquisitions * Projects and improvements * Participate in technology upgrade, migration, and automation projects * Suggest and implement continuous improvements in performance, cost, and security **Requirements and qualifications** **We expect you to have** * Completed undergraduate degree * Solid experience administering Windows and Linux servers * Practical knowledge of networking and security * Experience with virtualization, including creation and maintenance of virtual machines * Troubleshooting ability for diagnosing and resolving complex incidents * Ability to produce clear and up-to-date technical documentation * Analytical, collaborative profile with a strong sense of priority and responsibility * Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper\-V, Proxmox, or similar * Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments, including administration and troubleshooting * Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, or equivalents * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls * Experience with backup and restore routines, such as Veeam, Acronis, or similar * Knowledge of automation scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or basic Python * Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Terraform, Ansible, etc. * Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines * Knowledge of observability and logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, CloudWatch) **It will be a plus if you have** * Practical experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP * Microsoft certifications such as AZ\-104, MCSA, or equivalents * AWS Certified SysOps Administrator certification * CompTIA Network\+, Security\+, or equivalent certifications * Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as ITIL and ISO 20000\. * Prior experience in hybrid environments combining on\-premise and cloud * Participation in data center modernization or cloud migration projects **Additionally, we consider the following competencies important** **We seek a proactive individual with analytical vision and strong communication skills, capable of autonomously supporting infrastructure while contributing to continuous improvements and technological evolution of the environment.** * Proactivity and ownership mindset when solving problems * Clear communication with technical and business teams * Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver autonomously * Interest in continuous improvement and staying technologically current **Additional information** * Employment type: Remote **Benefits that make a difference:** Continuous training to keep you ahead Meal/voucher allowance (VA/VR) for daily comfort Comprehensive health insurance for your well\-being Birthday Day Off because celebrating matters Wellhub \- Gympass for caring for your body and mind Pluxe\-Cuida, offering psychological, financial, and legal support SESC for leisure, culture, and well\-being Extended paternity leave to spend more time with your family **ABOUT TECHNE** Techne is a technology company that simplifies people’s lives every day.
