To support this mission, Syngenta’s recruitment team is seeking a Junior Import Analyst in São Paulo\-SP. You will join the International Trade team, a strategic area within the Crop Protection Supply Chain, supporting end-to-end import process execution—including shipment tracking, inventory monitoring, and international logistics flow management. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to customs regulations, Compliance requirements, and Syngenta policies—particularly aligned with Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) criteria and standards set by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and other approving authorities—and will interact directly with customs brokers and internal/external customers to guarantee service levels and documentation quality. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor import orders from origin availability through shipping procedures and, especially, customs clearance; * Monitor operational activities of customs brokers and 4PL providers; * Track supplier performance and service-level compliance, identifying deviations and directing corrective actions; * Ensure compliance with Compliance and Customs Regulations, with particular attention to AEO requirements; * Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with internal and external customers and ensure teamwork, exercising leadership through influence. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields; * Knowledge of International Trade (customs legislation and procedures; historical context); * Familiarity with SAP (user level); * Advanced English proficiency. **Desirable** * Prior experience in International Trade; * Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and database handling; * Prior experience with International Trade ERP systems; * Knowledge of risk management tools and concepts. * Spanish **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * A culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion, promotes professional development, and seeks balance between professional and personal life to support team members.
