Payroll management (Protheus TOTVS system), electronic time tracking control, submission of ancillary obligations, vacation calculation, termination settlements, 13th-month salary, and other departmental activities. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
